The Carnival provides EFTPOS facilities for ticket and merchandise purchases but cash must be withdrawn from the various ATM machines in Bellingen
Traffic & Parking
People camping over the weekend are entitled to free on-site parking provided by the Carnival. Day visitors are required to find parking in and around Bellingen
Companion Cards & Accessibility
The Carnival site is compact, flat and has facilities for people with disabilities. There are two Carnival access points thru Gates 1 and 2, directly off Hammond St (please refer map).
We provide free Carnival access to the carers of people with disabilities provided they carry a current and accredited Companion card. Please contact tickets@globalcarnival.com for how to do this.

Lost Children
Please take small lost people to the children’s area during the day and the main office at night. Notify our Security (Gate 1) who will brief us and we will then make stage announcements.
Mobile Phone Coverage
There is mobile coverage for most networks except Vodaphone. If you are with Vodaphone we suggest you purchase a prepaid sim with a different network and let your friends and families know your Carnival contact details
Water
Please make your showers etc as short as possible. Water conservation is an important area to remain mindful of. Report any leaking taps or hoses to the Main Office @ Gate 1
Recycling & Waste
Carnival crews and Handy-bin Waste Services manage our re-cycling every year but it rests on the commitment of the general public to make it successful. Each year we are surprised at how many people don’t make the effort – please help us and the planet by not being one of them!

All lost property should be taken to the main office @ Gate 1 where details will be logged
Food & Supplies
Bellingen is host to a diverse array of award-winning grocery stores, food outlets and services.
For those who wish to self-cater with organic foods, Kombu Wholefoods, found @ the top of town, offers Carnival goers a pre-Carnival ordering service discounted by 5% (thank you Kombu!).
Bellingen IGA is also an excellent source of diverse and high quality food and can be found in the main street.

Internet Access
In Bellingen there is pay internet access at 20/20 Imagineering and the Bellingen Library and free wi-fi at Infusions Cafe. All are located on Hyde Street, Bellingen.
